The G.F.S. Ragnarok is an Olympus-class Galactic Federation Mothership that appears in Metroid: Kamen Rider Generations. During Tsukasa Kadoya's infiltration into Samus Aran's timeline where he staged a siege against the Galactic Federation with the help of Daiki Kaito and Alain, Tsukasa hijacks this mothership and christened this ship as a reference to his title as the "Destroyer of Worlds", with the Ragnarok, he traveled into different planets within Samus' timeline to destroy all the remnants of the Federation. Tsukasa commandeers this ship upon acquisition, but later comes under the ownership of Samus after her reconciliation with him.
Little known about the Ragnarok is it is the only Federation battleship capable of time travel and generating wormholes allowing it to traverse into other timelines. This ship was intended to be used to track Samus into the past, but due to Decade's infiltration into the Federation HQ, Decade salvages the ship to prevent Samus falling into Federation hands.
After Tsukasa/Decade returns to the present time with the Ragnarok, it also comes under the command of Samus when she and Tsukasa later made a truce, and would be later used as a means of transport for the Kamen Riders to battle the Neo-Metroids in space.

Ragnarök is an apocalyptic event in Norse Mythology. It is an event that is set off by the death of the god Balder, which was orchestrated by Loki. The Ragnarok was a final clash of all the major entities of Norse mythology. This caused all of the human spirits up in Valhalla to come down for the final battle.
This fateful encounter receeds with the destruction of the universe and Balder along with a little handful of entities that are put in the bodies of children and only contain memories of the world before Ragnarok. Those entities would become mortal.
Fittingly enough, given to Decade's moniker being the "Destroyer of Worlds", as his involvement in Metroid: Kamen Rider Generations sees him wiping out the entire Galactic Federation, and upon finding the ship, he christened it as the Ragnarok, providing callback to the main setting of Kamen Rider Decade which involves a Rider War and the merging of nine alternate multiverses, the former of which is similar to the aforementioned event said above.
